Kirk & Granite brings together the work of James Steel and Bryan McCaffrey: producing shows and running productions for other producers. James is based in London; Bryan is in New York.

Our work combines producing and executive producing with theatre general management. We can join at the stage you need us, from a first budget to a full production.
The name comes from home: Kirkintilloch and Aberdeen. We kept a little Scots, too. Mak siccar. Make sure.

James is a London-based theatre producer and general manager working across the West End, Edinburgh, Off-West End and international co-productions.
His credits include Hit Machine at Soho Theatre, Fly More Than You Fall at Southwark Playhouse Elephant and USHERS: The Front of House Musical. His general management work also includes development and industry presentations.
Co-founder · New York
Bryan is Kirk & Granite’s New York-based co-founder and a theatre producer working across Broadway, Off-Broadway and the West End. He also leads bpm Theatrical.
His producing credits include Beau and When Playwrights Kill, with co-producing credits on Operation Mincemeat, John Proctor Is the Villain and CATS: The Jellicle Ball.
